Indulge in a culinary journey as you join renowned pastry chef Eunji Lee, where she will bring a taste of her New York City dessert gallery, Lyseé, to the island. Enjoy an intimate pastry workshop and savor a custom dessert menu crafted by Chef Eunji, who has earned accolades such as being a 2024 James Beard Award Semi-finalist. During her visit, she will teach guests to make éclairs with local ingredients and present a special menu featuring Lysée cake, mango tart, and a local fruit cake.
