FLOW, our main restaurant, presents Earth-to-Table international cuisine from three kitchens. Discover pescatarian fare by SU; vegetarian and vegan delights by Plantae; and nourishing meat and poultry selections by B’Well.

Each of our signature kitchens has its own dedicated chefs, who channel their in-depth knowledge into wholesome selections. At Plantae, our women-led team offers a fresh take on plant-forward cuisine, with a focus on microbiome health. Su brings out the natural, delicate flavours of fish and seafood, while B’Well prepares meat and poultry to meticulous perfection.

MEET OUR SOMMELIER

For Mithun Ghosh, a sommelier’s role is to be the bridge between vineyards and guests, to share the stories and subtleties behind every glass. With a focus on sustainability and mindful drinking, his globally sourced wine list includes organic, biodynamic, kosher and low-alcohol options, all carefully chosen to support the journey to Weightlessness. Mithun’s imaginative pairings, rooted in our Earth-to-Table philosophy, further enhance the culinary experience at FLOW.
