A renewed partnership brings world-class tennis and padel experiences to the Maldives’ first art-immersive resort
JOALI Maldives, the Maldives’ first art-immersive resort, welcomes LUX Tennis back to the island, renewing a partnership that brings world-class racquet expertise to the shores of Muravandhoo Island.
Set against the blues of the Indian Ocean and surrounded by the natural beauty of Raa Atoll, the collaboration invites guests to experience tennis and padel as part of JOALI Maldives’ wider philosophy of the Joy of Creative Living – creating opportunities to move, learn, connect and spend meaningful time together while on the island.
Through the renewed partnership, LUX Tennis will bring its international coaching expertise to JOALI Maldives, with personalised tennis and padel experiences created for guests of different ages and playing abilities.
From one-to-one coaching and tailored training sessions to engaging time on court for families and younger players, each experience is shaped around the individual – whether discovering the sport for the first time, refining technique or simply enjoying a match beneath the Maldivian sun.
The partnership builds on a previous collaboration between JOALI Maldives and LUX Tennis, bringing the two brands together once again through a shared focus on highly personalised and memorable guest experiences.

Founded in 2017, LUX Tennis specialises in personalised tennis management for luxury resorts, bringing together former and current ATP and WTA professionals alongside elite padel and pickleball coaches. Its approach combines performance, education and enjoyment, creating tailored experiences for players at every level.
Beyond its resort coaching programmes, LUX Tennis hosts approximately 30 LT Star Events each year, connecting guests with leading names from the world of tennis in intimate settings. Its ambassadors include former World No. 1 Martina Hingis and former World No. 3 David Ferrer, who contribute to programme development and selected events.
