At SEDA, the Sound Therapy hall, you can embark on a resonant journey of acoustics and vibrations, designed to enhance the senses and bring the Mind in harmony with the universe. Our practitioners use specialised instruments to create healing sound frequencies, seamlessly woven with natural elements.
The Discovery Sound Path, an outdoor sound therapy oasis, offers a self-guided pathway to healing. As you stroll down the palm-fringed trail, you will have the opportunity to interact with nine unique musical instruments, each one thoughtfully crafted to elicit a positive response in the brain.

Food is an integral part of healing the mind-gut axis. The connection between nourishing food and emotional stability comes from the close relationship between your brain and your microbiome, often called the “second brain.”
